Golden Phoenix Entrepreneur Award

1. Eligibility & Nomination Rules

• Open to female entrepreneurs aged 35 and above holding executive positions (e.g., Founder, CEO, General Manager).
• Nominees must have outstanding achievements in their fields and demonstrate leadership, innovation, and industry contributions.
• All submitted information must be accurate and verifiable. Any false or misleading information will lead to immediate disqualification.
• Nominations must be submitted via the official Google Form before the deadline. Late or incomplete submissions will not be accepted.

• Submissions must include a detailed portfolio, business certifications, and supporting documents.
• All submitted materials must be original. Any plagiarism or intellectual property infringement will result in disqualification.
• MIVA reserves the right to request additional documentation for verification.
• Privacy & Data Protection: All submitted materials will be used solely for evaluation and event promotion. MIVA ensures confidentiality and will not share personal data with third parties without prior consent.

• Nominations will be reviewed by an independent panel of judges appointed by MIVA.
• Judging decisions are final and cannot be appealed.
• MIVA reserves the right to modify or cancel award categories if there are insufficient qualified nominees.

• Any nominee violating the terms will be immediately disqualified.
• Nominees may withdraw their submission by notifying MIVA in writing before the deadline.
• If post-event misconduct is discovered, MIVA reserves the right to revoke the award and request its return. MIVA may also publish an official statement regarding the revocation.

• Winners will be notified via email and phone before the ceremony.
• Winners agree to allow MIVA to use their name, image, and work for promotional purposes.
• Trophies and certificates are non-transferable and must be collected in person or by an authorized representative.

• The organizing committee is not liable for any disputes, losses, or damages arising from participation.
• MIVA reserves the right to modify these terms at any time, with updates communicated to nominees.
• Participation in the Golden Phoenix Award 2025 implies full acceptance of these terms.

Golden Mastery Award

• Open to professionals, businesses, and academies in the beauty, wellness, and aesthetics industry.
• Nominees must meet the award category requirements and demonstrate outstanding achievements, innovation, and industry contributions.
• All submitted information must be accurate and verifiable. Any false or misleading information will lead to immediate disqualification.
• Nominations must be submitted via the official Google Form before the deadline. Late or incomplete submissions will not be accepted.
