Winnie Loh is a dedicated beauty professional specializing in makeup artistry and semi-permanent makeup, a journey she embarked on right after completing secondary school. Driven by a deep passion for beauty, she chose a non-traditional path to empower individuals through confidence and transformation.

Holding a Diploma in Image Design, Winnie founded PST Makeup Academy in 2014, aiming to professionalize and internationalize the field of semi-permanent makeup education in Malaysia.

Her expertise and leadership have led to key international achievements:

  • Malaysia Representative and International Judge at the 2nd Worldwide PMU Festival

  • Grand Champion – BPC Singapore Semi-Permanent Makeup Competition (2018)

In 2019, Winnie served as a judge for the 1st Glory Cup Semi-Permanent Makeup Competition in Malaysia. That same year, she pioneered Malaysia’s first “non-invasive eyebrow removal” technique, successfully training over 300 students and bringing a significant breakthrough in safe, effective semi-permanent makeup practices.

On average, Winnie completes 800 to 1000 eyebrow designs and procedures annually, amassing a wealth of real-world experience across diverse face shapes, ages, and skin tones. In 2021, she was honored with the Best Intelligent Figure Award, recognizing her excellence in technique, education, and brand development.

Today, Winnie continues her mission to promote beauty as more than just external enhancement—it is a rebuilding of inner confidence. Through her professional skills and educational platforms, she empowers both clients and aspiring beauty artists to discover their unique value and stage.
