Susan advocates for a clear distinction between medical aesthetics and skin management. While medical aesthetics enhance facial features and help combat aging, Susan emphasizes that skin management is about building confidence by achieving healthy skin. Early in her entrepreneurial journey, she noticed skepticism around skin management, often being equated with overpriced treatments and unnecessary luxury.
