Champion of Aromatherapy Blending (2023)
Fu Xin Yue, originally from China, has lived in Malaysia for 24 years, embracing the country’s rich diversity and cultural harmony. As a proud daughter-in-law of Malaysia, she deeply appreciates the multicultural environment and the warmth of its people.
Her journey into aromatherapy began unexpectedly in early 2020. What started as a simple facial treatment session led her to meet her aromatherapy mentor, Alice Liew. During their conversation, Fu Xin Yue opened up about the emotional struggles she had faced over the previous three years—feelings of helplessness, fear, and anxiety. On her second visit, Alice introduced her to essential oils, which had a profound impact on her. The calming effects were immediate—she felt relaxed, her mind at peace, and for the first time in years, she had the most restful sleep, awakening refreshed.
This experience sparked her passion for aromatherapy. She expressed her desire to learn more, and with perfect timing, Alice had an opening in her class. Though the pandemic brought challenges, Fu Xin Yue was fortunate to receive one-on-one training, for which she is immensely grateful. What started as a personal interest quickly grew into a professional pursuit, as she completed five years of intensive training under Alice’s guidance.
Fu Xin Yue has since competed in two major competitions organized by the Malaysia International Vocational Association (MIVA). In 2023, she won the Aromatherapy Blending Champion title in Sabah, and in 2024, she earned third place in the Facial Massage Therapy Competition held at KLCC, Kuala Lumpur.
Her goal is to continue sharing the benefits of aromatherapy with other women, using her knowledge to bring peace, balance, and well-being to those around her. With five certifications under her belt, she is committed to making aromatherapy a lifelong passion.
