Mona Hng is the founder of MFQ_Studio and has been actively involved in the beauty industry for over 6 years. Her expertise spans across multiple disciplines, including professional nail artistry, beauty consulting, and eyebrow embroidery. In 2019, she earned her SKM 3 diploma in Professional Beauty Consulting and Nail Artistry, and she has since continued to advance her skills, pursuing additional training in eyebrow embroidery and nail art.

In 2024, Mona established MFQ_Studio in collaboration with Penang Ecohair Academy, where she serves as the Nail Director, overseeing all aspects of professional nail services and education. Her journey in the beauty industry has been one of continuous learning and growth, with plans to further her expertise in image consulting and the hairdressing industry.

In 2025, Mona was invited to join the prestigious MIVA judging panel, a role she sees as an opportunity to gain more experience, share her knowledge, and inspire others in the beauty industry. For her, being a judge is not only about personal achievement but also about contributing to the development of future beauty professionals.
