CONTESTANTS' INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Badge Collection
    All contestants, models, and crew members must collect their BADGES (Entry Pass) on the competition day at KLCC Hall 1 Special Counter at 9:00 am.
  1. Competition Area Regulations
    Contestants and models are not allowed to leave the competition area without permission. Taking photos is strictly prohibited, and phones must be on silent mode.
  1. Cleanup and Belongings
    Contestants are required to clean their tables and take all personal belongings when leaving the competition area. The organizer is not responsible for the safekeeping or replacement of any missing items.
  1. Trophy Replacement
    If the trophy is damaged under any circumstances after receiving it, a new trophy can be issued. Postage and replacement costs must be borne by the winner, and the process will take 14–21 working days.
  1. Certificates of Participation
    Each competition category will issue a Certificate of Participation. Contestants must ensure they submit the correct name. If errors are found, contact the relevant personnel via WhatsApp (+60179171788) within 24 hours after the competition. A corrected certificate will be reissued in e-copy format.
  1. Copyright Compliance
    Works submitted for the competition must not infringe copyright. Contestants are fully responsible for any legal disputes arising from their works, which have no connection to the organizer.
  1. Scoring and Complaints
    In case of suspicion or complaints regarding the scoring results, the organizing committee reserves the right to recalculate. The decision of the organizing committee is final and binding.
  1. Use of Personal Data
    The organizer reserves the right to use contestants’ personal data for updates, promotions, invitations, and similar purposes related to exhibitions and events.
  1. Competition Adjustments
    Due to unforeseen circumstances, the organizer reserves the right to modify, add, or delete certain competition categories without prior notice.
  1. Prohibition of External Assistance
    Contestants are not allowed to bring non-participants into the competition area to assist or interfere with the competition. Violators may be disqualified.
  1. Contestants’ and Models’ Behavior
    Contestants and models must maintain professional behavior during the competition. Any disruptive behavior may result in disqualification.
  1. Liability during Competition
    Contestants are responsible for any injuries or accidents affecting themselves or their models during the competition.
  1. Non-Refundable Registration Fee
    The competition registration fee is non-refundable under any circumstances, including withdrawal or disqualification from the competition. Please refer Refund Policy for more information.
  1. Disclaimer
    The organizer is not responsible for any loss, injury, or unforeseen incident beyond its reasonable control. Participation implies acceptance of all rules and disclaimers.
