Glen Hew is the original creator of the MASTERCLASS series featuring the #fhighlight and #fbalayage techniques, recognized for his Minimal Placement, Maximum Impact highlighting and balayage approach. With over 1,000 shows conducted across 12 countries in Asia, Glen has educated more than 10,000 students, both online and offline.

Besides education, he has been invited to judge hair competitions, beauty pageants, and fashion weeks. He is also a regular official hairdresser for fashion shows, magazines, musicians, and celebrities across Asia.
