1. Competition Objective

This competition focuses on creativity, aiming to evaluate participants’ ability to express artistic concepts, organize layouts, and deliver impactful designs in eyelash art. Participants are free to select their themes and styles, using false eyelashes and decorative elements to create unique box eyelash designs. The final work must balance creativity, technical precision, and overall aesthetic appeal, achieving visual harmony and strong impact.

2. Scoring Criteria

• Creative Expression: The work should demonstrate unique creativity and personal style, with a clear and innovative theme.
• Technical Details: Eyelash arrangements should be neat, directional consistency should be maintained, fan-making techniques should be precise, and glue application must be clean and tidy.
• Decoration and Coordination: Decorative elements should align with the theme and enhance the overall beauty and artistic impact of the work.
• Overall Aesthetic: The work should have strong visual impact, logical and balanced layout, and a harmonious overall effect.

3. Competition Rules

(1) Competition Tasks

1. Creative Freedom:

• Participants are free to create box eyelash designs based on their individual artistic concepts, with no fixed style limitations.
• The use of a variety of materials and decorative techniques is encouraged to showcase unique design ideas and artistic styles.

2. Box Display Requirements:

• Size Restrictions: The finished work must be securely fixed within a transparent acrylic box. The box dimensions must not exceed 20cm (L) × 15cm (W) × 15cm (H).
• Material Requirements: The box must be made of colorless, transparent acrylic; glass or other opaque materials are not permitted.
• Structure Requirements: The box lid must be removable for the judges to inspect the details of the design. Sealed or glued boxes are not allowed.
• Display Requirements: The work must be centered within the box to ensure visibility of the eyelash design from all angles.
• Design Composition: False eyelashes must be the primary design element within the box. Supporting materials such as feathers, sequins, pearls, and decorative flowers may be used but should not obscure the main eyelash design.

3. Eyelash Specifications:

• Lash color is unrestricted.
• Lashes of various lengths, thicknesses, and curls are permitted.
• All lash fans must be hand-crafted (pre-made fans such as YY/V/W-type or cluster lashes are prohibited).

4. Layout Creativity:

• The work should feature a clear creative theme with a logical and artistically impactful layout.

5. Fixation Requirements:

• False eyelashes and decorations must be securely fixed inside the box to prevent shifting or detachment during display.
• Visible glue residue or any method of attachment that compromises the aesthetic of the work is prohibited.

(2) Prohibited Actions

1. The use of pre-made lash fans (e.g., YY/V/W-type lashes, pre-made clusters, or three-leaf/five-leaf lashes) is strictly prohibited.
2. Using an acrylic box that exceeds the specified dimensions of 20cm × 15cm × 15cm.
3. Decorations that completely obscure the eyelash design or are inconsistent with the theme are not permitted.
4. Including personal information or identifiers such as names or logos in the design.
5. Plagiarism is strictly prohibited.

5. Competition Process

(1) Submission and Display

1. Contestants must submit their artworks to the designated area at least 1 hour before the competition begins. Late submissions will be treated as a withdrawal from the competition.
2. After submission, the organizer will assign a unique number to each artworks. Contestants are not allowed to add any marks or identifiers.
3. Judges will evaluate the work based on the established criteria, considering technical, creative, and overall performance.

(2) Work Retrieval

1. After the judging process is complete, contestants can collect their artworks from the designated location at 5:00 PM on the day of the competition.
2. Contestants must show their contestant number to verify their identity and retrieve their work. Any unclaimed works will be handled by the organizer after the deadline.
