Participants must prepare their own tools and materials (any brand is allowed).
3D face practice skin must be provided by the participant. The skin size must not exceed 15cm*21cm.
A number will be attached to the practice skin, which must not be damaged or replaced. No markings or text are allowed on the practice skin. Violators will be disqualified.
Participants must complete one side (left) eyeliner first, and then complete the other side (right) within the 30-minute live session.
Participants may choose to operate using either a manual pen or an electric machine pen.
Eyeliner must be designed on-site; reference images or pre-made designs are not allowed in the competition area.
Only black-colored pigments are allowed.
No black pens, ballpoint pens, or other markers may be used to draw the eyeliner. Violators will be disqualified.
Sharing pigments, products, or machines with others is not allowed.
Participants must completely wipe off their work using baby oil, petroleum jelly, or similar before the time ends.
Design draft is required: the draft must be printed on A4 paper and displayed on the participant’s workspace. The actual work must match the design draft.
All works will be collected by the organizer for judging.
This competition aims to assess participants’ comprehensive skills in standard eyeliner design, including design planning, execution techniques, and overall coordination of both eyeliners. Participants are required to present a pre-completed left eyeliner and execute the right eyeliner on-site during the competition. The goal is to demonstrate consistency between the design draft and the final work, as well as smoothness and natural appeal of the lines.
