Winnie Loh is a dedicated beauty professional specializing in makeup artistry and semi-permanent makeup, a journey she embarked on right after completing secondary school. Holding a Diploma in Image Design, Winnie founded PST Makeup Academy in 2014, aiming to professionalize and internationalize the field of semi-permanent makeup education in Malaysia.
