Based in Singapore, she founded KZ Nail & Beauty Studio and has been actively teaching and serving clients in the region. Her journey includes competing in prestigious beauty and nail art competitions across various countries and securing numerous awards, especially in nail art and eyelash extensions.

Winnie has participated in prominent competitions like ACPF Asia Cosmetology Permanent Federation Competitions and Nailpro Asia Korea, where she has earned multiple top spots, including 1st place for 3D Nail Art and Soak Off Gel Nail Art. She is also highly recognized as a jury member for eyelash extension competitions and has expanded her influence in international beauty circuits.

Her extensive education includes a Diploma in Professional Artistic Effect Nail Art from Perfect International Beauty & Cosmetology Academy, ITEC Diploma in Nail Art, and further qualifications in eyelash extensions from ST Beauty Academy Malaysia. She continues to inspire through her work, most recently serving as a judge in global beauty competitions, including ACPF and Nailpro Global Competitions.

Hoang Nhi has proudly established herself in the beauty industry with numerous accolades in international lash competitions. Some of her notable achievements include:

Vickye Yong, hailing from Penang, has been a dedicated professional in the beauty industry for 19 years. Her journey began as an apprentice at Weiwei (now Wellaesthetic) Beauty Salon, where she spent three fulfilling yet challenging years mastering a wide range of treatments, from basic facials to full-body care.

Her career took a significant turn when she joined Slimming Santary, a beauty chain expanding into Penang. Vickye gained further expertise in various roles such as beauty therapist, customer service, and beauty consultant. Her skills and dedication led her to be assigned to China, where she spent nearly a year as an instructor in Hangzhou. There, she expanded her knowledge in beauty treatments rooted in traditional Chinese medicine, acupuncture, and holistic health.

Vickye’s career continued to evolve as she mastered cutting-edge beauty techniques, including laser treatments, skin rejuvenation, and aesthetic therapies. These experiences reinforced her belief that beauty is more than skin-deep—it’s about inner health and well-being.

In 2016, Vickye founded Monbeauty House, which has now been thriving for 9 years. During this time, she has developed innovative treatments such as aromatherapy combined with sound bowl therapy, which has become highly popular among her clients for its holistic approach.

Although Vickye initially focused on running her beauty salon, her outlook changed when she met Tracy, who inspired her to explore greater opportunities in the beauty industry. Now, Vickye is ready to embark on the next step of her career, sharing her expertise with a broader audience.

Vanessa brings over 15 years of experience in Beauty Skin Management, paired with 10 years of expertise in Semi-Permanent Embroidery. Her commitment to helping individuals feel confident in their skin has been the driving force behind her success.

Vanessa’s accomplishments in the industry have earned her prestigious judging roles, including serving as a panel judge at the 2022 IBE Make Up Artistry Awards, a guest judge at the 2023 Penang International Hair & Beauty Festival, and an international judge in Beauty Therapy at the 2024 Miva Asia Excellent Awards. In recognition of her exceptional talent, Vanessa also secured the 1st Runner-Up position at the 2024 Miva Excellent Awards for Creative Competitive Embroidery.

With six years of experience, she has led her team to treat over 1,000 skin issues, pushing the boundaries of modern beauty trends.

Vision & Approach:

Susan advocates for a clear distinction between medical aesthetics and skin management. While medical aesthetics enhance facial features and help combat aging, Susan emphasizes that skin management is about building confidence by achieving healthy skin. Early in her entrepreneurial journey, she noticed skepticism around skin management, often being equated with overpriced treatments and unnecessary luxury. Her persistence in refining this approach has led to the deep focus of INBEAUTY on skin health, helping clients regain confidence through proper skin care steps.

In 2019, she earned her SKM 3 diploma in Professional Beauty Consulting and Nail Artistry, and she has since continued to advance her skills, pursuing additional training in eyebrow embroidery and nail art.

In 2024, Mona established MFQ_Studio in collaboration with Penang Ecohair Academy, where she serves as the Nail Director, overseeing all aspects of professional nail services and education.
