    2. Model Half-Body Shot: Presentation of the coordination between makeup and overall styling, including attire and hairstyle, to tell a complete visual story.
    3. Composition Requirements: Participants must select appropriate angles and compositions to avoid obstructing key makeup elements and ensure clear representation of the theme.
    4. Model Requirements: Models can be male or female.

     

    (2) Photography Requirements

    2. Printing Medium: All posters must be printed on 5mm thick foam boards to ensure a consistent display quality.
    3. Contestants must ensure that their posters meet the specified requirements. Any poster that does not meet the specifications will be disqualified from the competition.

     

    (4) Prohibited Actions

    1. The addition of the contestant’s name, logo, or any other identifying information on the poster is prohibited, as it may affect the anonymity of the judging process.
    2. Excessive retouching (such as modifying hairstyle imperfections) is prohibited.
    3. Submitting content that does not reflect the actual hairstyle work is prohibited.
    4. Plagiarism is prohibited.

     

    1. Competition Process

     

    (1) Submission and Display

    1. Contestants must submit their printed posters to the designated area at least 1 hour before the competition begins. Late submissions will be treated as a withdrawal from the competition.
    2. After submission, the organizer will assign a unique number to each poster. Contestants are not allowed to add any marks or identifiers.
    3. Judges will evaluate the work based on the established criteria, considering technical, creative, and overall performance.

     

    (2) Work Retrieval

    1. After the judging process is complete, contestants can collect their posters from the designated location at 5:00 PM on the day of the competition.

    • The material of the mannequin head hair is not restricted (e.g., human hair, goat hair, heat-resistant synthetic fibers, etc.). Contestants may freely choose the material that suits the competition requirements.
    • The chosen material must support hairstyling and decoration while offering excellent display effects.

     

    (2) Head Shape

    • The mannequin head must have natural proportions, with no obvious damage to the scalp, allowing for effective styling design and evaluation.

     

    (3) Stand

    • The mannequin head must be equipped with a stable stand that can be adjusted to a height range of 100 cm to 150 cm, ensuring it is secure and suitable for display.

     

    (4) Cleanliness

    • The mannequin head must be clean and free from oil, dye residue, or other impurities.

     

    (5) Hair Length

    • The hair length must be suitable for finger wave techniques, with medium to long hair recommended to ensure design integrity and visual impact.

    • Overall Coordination: Cudgement of the harmony between the makeup and the model’s overall styling (including accessories and attire), and whether the makeup complements the model’s features.

    Hairdressing

    (H6P) Hairdressing – “Call of Nature” Avant Garde Poster Design

    1. Competition Objective

    Participants will showcase their interpretation of the theme “Call of Nature” through innovative avant-garde hairstyle designs and artistic poster presentations. This competition aims to test participants’ creativity, artistic expression, and visual presentation skills, highlighting the beauty and power of nature.

     

    1. Scoring Criteria
    • Theme Interpretation: The hairstyle design must align with the “Call of Nature” theme and effectively convey the beauty and power of nature.
    • Creativity and Impact: The design should demonstrate originality and visual impact, incorporating artistic elements characteristic of avant-garde styling.
    • Photography and Visual Presentation: The poster should feature harmonious composition, lighting, and background, with clear multi-angle details of the hairstyle.
    • Overall Coordination: The hairstyle must complement the model’s attire, makeup, and overall styling.

     

    1. Competition Rules

     

    (1) Poster Content

    1. Hairstyle Requirements: The hairstyle must fully embody avant-garde styling, incorporating bold structures, dimensional elements, or creative integration of natural motifs. Specific cutting techniques are not required, with an emphasis on creativity and artistic expression.
    2. Half-body Shot of Model: Display the overall coordination between the hairstyle and the model’s clothing.
    3. Creative Freedom: Participants may use hairpieces, accessories, and other supporting materials, encouraging bold innovation.
    4. Model Requirements: Models can be male or female.

     

    (2) Photography Requirements

    • Creative Freedom: Participants are free to choose the composition, lighting, and background. Creativity and personal style are encouraged, with the use of props, special effects, or background elements to enhance the overall presentation.

     

    (3) Poster Size and Medium

    1. Size Requirement: The poster must be A2 size (420mm x 594mm).
    2. Printing Medium: All posters must be printed on 5mm thick foam boards to ensure a consistent display quality.
    3. Contestants must ensure that their posters meet the specified requirements. Any poster that does not meet the specifications will be disqualified from the competition.

     

    (4) Prohibited Actions

    1. The addition of the contestant’s name, logo, or any other identifying information on the poster is prohibited, as it may affect the anonymity of the judging process.
    2. Excessive retouching (such as modifying hairstyle imperfections) is prohibited.
    3. Submitting content that does not reflect the actual hairstyle work is prohibited.
    4. Plagiarism is prohibited.

     

    1. Competition Process

     

    (1) Submission and Display

    1. Contestants must submit their printed posters to the designated area at least 1 hour before the competition begins. Late submissions will be treated as a withdrawal from the competition.
    2. After submission, the organizer will assign a unique number to each poster. Contestants are not allowed to add any marks or identifiers.
    3. Judges will evaluate the work based on the established criteria, considering technical, creative, and overall performance.

     

    (2) Work Retrieval

    1. After the judging process is complete, contestants can collect their posters from the designated location at 5:00 PM on the day of the competition.
    2. Contestants must show their contestant number to verify their identity and retrieve their work. Any unclaimed works will be handled by the organizer after the deadline.

    Hairdressing

    (H4L) Hairdressing – Ladies Creative Cut And Color

    1. Competition Objective

    Participants will demonstrate their creativity, cutting skills, and overall design coordination by completing innovative and avant-garde female hairstyles on mannequin heads. The competition aims to showcase technical expertise and creative expression through cutting, coloring, and blow-drying techniques.

     

    1. Scoring Criteria
    • Creativity: The hairstyle must exhibit uniqueness and visual impact.
    • Cutting and Blow-Drying Techniques: Cutting lines should be smooth and well-layered, and blow-drying techniques should showcase technical skill.
    • Coloring Effects: Hair colors must transition naturally and harmonize with the hairstyle.
    • Overall Coordination: The hairstyle, mannequin attire, and overall design must align cohesively with the competition theme.

     

    1. Competition Rules

     

    (1) Competition Content

    1. Creative Cutting: Participants must complete avant-garde female hairstyles on mannequin heads, combining innovation and artistic elements. The cut must showcase multi-layered designs with clear lines and natural transitions, enhanced by blow-drying techniques.
    2. Coloring Effects: The mannequin’s hair must feature at least two colors, with natural transitions that align with the cutting style. Coloring must be completed before the competition.
    3. Overall Styling: The mannequin’s attire and accessories must align with the competition theme and enhance the overall visual presentation.

     

    (2) Competition Time

    • The competition duration is 30 minutes. All actions must be completed within the time limit.

     

    (3) Contestant Grooming Requirements

    1. Dress Code: Contestants must wear the uniform provided by the organizer, paired with appropriate pants and shoes to reflect a professional image.
    2. Hair Requirements: Hair must be neatly styled, clean, and well-groomed. If the hair is long, it may be tied back to maintain cleanliness and professionalism.
    3. Overall Appearance: Contestants must maintain a tidy and clean appearance, without excessive accessories or heavy makeup, to ensure a professional look.

     

    (4) Tools and Products

    1. Tools: Permitted tools include scissors, small combs, electric clippers, hairdryers, straighteners, curling irons, and cleaning brushes.
    2. Products: Hair wax, setting spray, or hair lotion are allowed.
    3. Extension Cords: Contestants must bring their own extension cords; the organizer will only provide one electrical outlet per participant.

     

    (5) Wet Hair Requirement

    • Mannequin hair must be fully wet and combed straight before the competition begins to facilitate cutting operations.

     

    (6) Prohibited Actions

    1. The use of hair extensions is prohibited.
    2. Using hair dyes or color sprays to retouch colors during the competition is prohibited.
    3. Pre-trimming or adjusting the mannequin’s hair before the competition is prohibited.
    4. Severely damaged mannequin heads are prohibited.
    5. Plagiarism is strictly prohibited.

     

    1. Mannequin Specifications

     

    (1) Material

    • Contestants must provide their own mannequin heads.
    • Hair material can include human hair, goat hair, or heat-resistant synthetic fibers. The material must be suitable for cutting, coloring, and styling while maintaining a polished appearance.

     

    (2) Head Shape

    • The mannequin head must adhere to natural proportions and be free from visible damage to ensure smooth styling and evaluation.

     

    (3) Base Stand

    • The mannequin head must be equipped with a stable stand, adjustable to a height between 100 cm and 150 cm, to meet display requirements.

     

    (4) Cleanliness

    • The mannequin head must be clean and free from oil, dye residues, or other debris.

     

    (5) Hair Length

    • The hair on the forehead must be at least 8 cm long, and the hair at the nape must be at least 5 cm.

     

    (6) Coloring and Accessories

    • The mannequin must be suitable for coloring and styling. Products used must meet safety standards.
    • Accessories may be used to enhance the design but must not obscure the main hairstyle and should align with the theme.

     

    1. Safety and Hygiene

     

    (1) Tools and Products

    1. All tools must be disinfected before and after the competition to ensure no risk of cross-contamination.
    2. Styling products must meet safety standards to avoid damage to the mannequin hair or materials.

     

    (2) Work Area Cleanliness

    1. Contestants must ensure that their workstations (tables and chairs) are tidy, with no tools, products, or waste left behind.
    2. Hair dropped during the competition will be cleaned by designated staff, and contestants are not required to handle this.
    3. After the competition, contestants should promptly clean up their tools and products and restore the workstation to a tidy condition.

     

    1. Competition Process

     

    (1) Pre-Competition Preparation

    1. Contestant Check-in:
    • Contestants must arrive at the designated area at least 15 minutes before the competition starts for check-in.

     

    (2) Competition Segment

    1. Competition Start: Contestants have 30 minutes to complete all actions.
    2. Competition End: Contestants must stop immediately when time is up. Any unfinished work will not be counted in the scoring.

     

    (3) Presentation of Works

    1. The mannequin head will remain in its position for display. Judges will evaluate the design and overall styling directly.
