    • Coloring Effects: Natural transitions between colors and compatibility with the hairstyle.
    • Overall Coordination: Compatibility of the hairstyle with the model’s facial features and overall demeanor.

     

    1. Competition Rules

     

    (1) Competition Content

    1. Trend Haircutting: Adjust the model’s hair layers to ensure smooth lines and natural transitions.
    2. Coloring Effects: The model’s hair must feature at least two colors, with natural transitions that complement the cutting style. Coloring must be completed prior to the competition.
    3. Overall Styling: The model’s attire, makeup, and accessories must align with the competition theme to enhance the visual presentation.

     

    (2) Competition Time

    • The competition duration is 30 minutes. All actions must be completed within the time limit.

     

    (3) Contestant Grooming Requirements

    1. Dress Code: Contestants must wear the uniform provided by the organizer, paired with appropriate pants and shoes to reflect a professional image.
    2. Hair Requirements: Hair must be neatly styled, clean, and well-groomed. If the hair is long, it may be tied back to maintain cleanliness and professionalism.
    3. Overall Appearance: Contestants must maintain a tidy and clean appearance, without excessive accessories or heavy makeup, to ensure a professional look.

    1. Tools: Permitted tools include scissors, small combs, electric clippers, hairdryers, straighteners, curling irons, and cleaning brushes.
    2. Products: Hair wax, setting spray, or hair lotion are allowed.

    (5) Wet Hair Requirement

    • Models’ hair must be fully wet and combed straight to the ends before the competition starts to ensure smooth operations.

    • Side hair must be at least 3 cm long, and top hair must be at least 7 cm long to allow for flexibility in cutting and styling.

    • Technical Details: Eyelash arrangements must be neat and consistently aligned, fan-making techniques should be precise, and glue application should be clean and tidy.
    • Coordination of Makeup, Hair, and Styling: The integration of makeup and hairstyling with eyelash design should be harmonious and consistent with the theme, enhancing the overall artistic impact.
    • Overall Aesthetic: The work must exhibit strong visual impact, logical layout, and a harmonious and unified overall effect.

Participants are free to select their themes and styles, using false eyelashes and decorative elements to create unique box eyelash designs. The final work must balance creativity, technical precision, and overall aesthetic appeal, achieving visual harmony and strong impact.

     

    1. Scoring Criteria
    • Creative Expression: The work should demonstrate unique creativity and personal style, with a clear and innovative theme.
    • Technical Details: Eyelash arrangements should be neat, directional consistency should be maintained, fan-making techniques should be precise, and glue application must be clean and tidy.

    • Structure Requirements: The box lid must be removable for the judges to inspect the details of the design. Sealed or glued boxes are not allowed.

    (E4L) Eyelash Extension – Camellia Design

    1. Competition Objective

    This competition aims to assess participants’ professional skills in this category, including manual lash fan creation, layered lash length arrangement, uniform application, and the overall presentation of a natural yet elegant effect. Participants must demonstrate their precision and coordination by completing a pre-applied left-side lash fan and a right-side lash fan completed onsite during the competition.

     

    1. Scoring Criteria
    • Symmetry: Consistency between the left and right lash applications in layering, alignment, and overall coordination to achieve the Camellia effect.
    • Fan Uniformity: Symmetry in the curvature of each lash fan, with evenly distributed lash strands and evenly spaced fans.
    • Layered Effect: The finished application should showcase the natural layered look characteristic of the Camellia style, with unified design.
    • Attachment Security: Lashes must be securely attached, free from detachment, with clean and precise bonding points, and no excess glue residue.
    • Completion Quantity: Participants must apply the specified 20 Camellia lash fans during the allotted time. Points will be deducted proportionally for failure to meet this requirement.
