Participants will demonstrate creativity, technical skills, and interpretation of the theme “Futuristic Flair” through avant-garde styling on live models. Combining foundational design with on-site adjustments, contestants are expected to create artistic, dimensional hairstyles that embody the theme.

2. Scoring Criteria

• Theme Alignment: The hairstyle must reflect the core concept of “Futuristic Flair,” showcasing the design concept and creative expression.
• Creativity and Innovation: The hairstyle must exhibit artistic value, structural aesthetics, and technical ingenuity.
• Completion: On-site styling must feature refined details and overall stability.
• Overall Coordination: The hairstyle must harmonize with the model’s attire, makeup, and overall presentation.

3. Competition Rules

(1) Competition Content

1. Theme Submission: Participants must submit their design theme “Futuristic Flair” and base their hairstyle creation on it.
2. Hairstyle Preparation: Participants must complete 70% of the hairstyle’s foundational design before the competition. This foundational work should reflect the theme framework, such as structural elements or gradient coloring.
3. On-Site Styling: During the competition, participants must complete the final 30% of the hairstyle, including dimensional adjustments, detail refinements, and overall setting.

• The competition duration is 30 minutes. All actions must be completed within the time limit.

1. Dress Code: Contestants must wear the uniform provided by the organizer, paired with appropriate pants and shoes to reflect a professional image.
2. Hair Requirements: Hair must be neatly styled, clean, and well-groomed. If the hair is long, it may be tied back to maintain cleanliness and professionalism.
3. Overall Appearance: Contestants must maintain a tidy and clean appearance, without excessive accessories or heavy makeup, to ensure a professional look.

1. Tools: There are no restrictions, but tools must comply with safety standards.

3. Extension Cords: Contestants must bring their own extension cords; the organizer will only provide one electrical outlet per participant.

(5) Prohibited Actions

4. Model Requirements

(1) Model Conditions

Contestants must bring their own models. Models can be of any gender but must have healthy hair with no visible scalp damage.

5. Safety and Hygiene

1. Contestants must ensure that their workstations (tables and chairs) are tidy, with no tools, products, or waste left behind.
2. After the competition, contestants should promptly clean up their tools and products and restore the workstation to a tidy condition.

6. Competition Process

(1) Pre-Competition Preparation

1. Contestant and Model Check-in:

• Contestants must arrive at the designated area with their model at least 15 minutes before the competition starts for check-in.

(2) Competition Segment

1. Competition Start: Contestants have 30 minutes to complete all actions.
2. Competition End: Contestants must stop immediately when time is up. Any unfinished work will not be counted in the scoring.

(3) Model Presentation

1. Contestants are not required to move the model. The model should remain standing or sitting in their original position while waiting for evaluation by the judges.
